Damaged Items

Items are packaged very well, however, accidents do happen.

If your item arrives damaged please send an email to artafterdusk@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Photos of the damaged item/s and packaging must be included to be reimbursed a refund.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Unfortunately damages outside the 24 hour delivery limit will not be refunded due to insurance expiry time limits.

As all items are unique and one of a kind it is incredibly difficult to replicate items. Refunds will ONLY be offered on broken items within the timeframe. Exchange for a broken item will be discussed (if possible) on a case by case basis.

Please choose your artworks carefully. Refunds or exchanges will ONLY be offered on items broken in transit.

Photographs are taken to showcase all items from different angles, capturing each artwork as realistically as possible. However, colours may vary from on-screen viewing and look different in different light.

These elements do not detract from the final product and should be embraced and celebrated as part of its unique and handmade process.

Shipping

Unfortunately, due to excessive weight based shipping and insurance charges for overseas shipping, shipping is currently ONLY available within Australia.

Shipping is sent with tracking ID so you can track expected delivery.

Although items are packed and sent as quickly as possible, please allow for up to 7 days for packaging and handling.

Postage times are unpredictable, if you need shipping quickly please choose the express option. Please contact your nominated postage handler if item has not been delivered in an appropriate timeframe before contacting me directly.

If postage item has gone missing please contact artafterdusk@gmail.com within one month of purchase. After 3 months a claim cannot be made with Australia post.

Local Pick Up

Local pick up is available to residents of the South Coast or Moruya area. Please checkout with a normal shipping option and this will then be reimbursed automatically based on your address.

Pick up is based in Congo NSW. Contact will be made by email once a purchase has been made and a time arranged with the buyer that is convenient to Bessie. Please note that this may not be immediate and could take a few days.
